You may use the 1of1 Servers name and marks to let others know that you are a user or that you operate a server on the platform. However, such usage must follow these guidelines and must not suggest that you are officially representing or endorsed by 1of1 Servers.

Use the brand name appropriately. "1of1 Servers" should be treated as a descriptor, such as referencing your server or username on the platform.

These brand elements are intended solely for use in digital formats (i.e., digital-only environments).

Do not incorporate the 1of1 Servers brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar variation into the names of your servers, your company or organization's name, domain names, event titles, product names (including bots), logos, social media handles, or trademarks.

Avoid adopting visual identities, such as trademarks, designs, or branding, that closely resemble those of 1of1 Servers.

You may not market any brand, service, or product using elements that could be mistaken for those of 1of1 Servers.

Refrain from copying the appearance or experience of 1of1 Servers' website, desktop app, or mobile app, including visuals, characters, icons, fonts, audio, and design elements.

Do not use the 1of1 Servers branding in ways that conflict with our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

The 1of1 Servers name and branding must not appear on physical merchandise.
